Another amazing Central Coast wedding from the archives to reflect on. We first met this gorgeous couple in 2016 when we shot their engagement photos at Pearl Beach Central Coast NSW and so it was like catching up with mates on their wedding day at Killcare Beach Central Coast NSW. Hannah and Clay were expecting their first child on their wedding day at Killcare Beach Central Coast NSW and its hard to believe that they now have a toddler! Time sure does fly when you’re enjoying life on the Central Coast NSW.
Kantara House Wedding Central Coast NSW ~ From the archives ~ Lauren & Luke 2018
Ahhhh Kantara House Central Coast NSW ~ a photographer’s dream! Luckily for us it is just down the road on the Central Coast NSW. White, modern cottage style accommodation for the girls to get ready in, quaint little chapel surrounded by lush green gardens that are the perfect backdrop for newly wed photos and a reception venue available, which is large enough to throw a huge party to celebrate the night away. We shot Lauren and Luke’s Kantara House Wedding back in 2018 and since then have shot there many a times at Kantara House Central Coast NSW. Never gets old and we can’t wait to shoot back at Kantara House Central Coast NSW later this year when weddings are back and the champagne can start flowing again.

Olivia and Jaryd married in 2018 at the Linton Garden Somersby Central Coast NSW and it was a wedding imprinted in the team’s memories. Stunning couple, high school sweet hearts, lush green gardens of Somersby Central Coast NSW, how can we forget! We are just so spoilt for choice with reblogging all the amazing Central Coast Weddings. I gotta say, looking back at all these Central Coast Weddings, has us itching to shoot again! Central Coast Wedding Photographer – From the Archives ~ FNQ Wedding of Leisa & Tom 2015
It’s been 6 years since we left Cairns and moved our lives to the Central Coast NSW. However for the first two years, we travelled back a fair few times for weddings during the Winter which we did not mind at all. Here is the wedding of Leisa and Tom that we shot back in 2015! Slightly different landscape to what we get on the Central Coast NSW however still breathtaking. Since all our weddings over the next couple of months have been postponed, we thought we’d take this chance to relook over some of the amazing couples we have been lucky enough to shoot since leaving Cairns for the Central Coast NSW in 2014. Our style has evolved on the Central Coast NSW but I think it’s safe to say, the our couples have always been and still are what makes our job so amazing!
Forest Chapel Central Coast Wedding of Mikaela & Simon
The Forest Chapel Central Coast wedding – We absolutely love the forest chapel in Terrigal, here on the Central Coast, the perfect backdrop for Mikaela’s and Simon’s dream wedding. Though we love photographing by the beach with blue and warm colour tones, being in the middle of a forest provided the perfect scenery, letting us play with more green earthly colour tones, but more importantly their wedding ceremony venue was not too far away from the suburbs, ideal and convenient for all their wedding guests.
It was the week before Australia decided to go into complete lockdown due to recent worldly events (damn Virus) , luckily for our lovely couple, they just snuck their beautiful wedding in.
We began the day taking photographs of our beautiful bride at her home which felt to us like a beach house getaway, before heading over to their ceremony at The Forest Chapel in Terrigal, Central Coast where the nervous groom and close friends and family eagerly awaited. The lush greenery of the Forest Chapel Terrigal Central Coast offered the perfect backdrop for our lovely couple to exchange their vows, secluded from the busy urban life, being one with their nature surroundings.
After a beautiful ceremony among the trees with family and friends at The forest chapel Terrigal, the crew went for a bit of a stroll around The forest Chapel before heading up to the hills at Bouddi national park in the Central Coast. Bouddi providing another stunning backdrop for our couple, reflective of their natural and fun personalities. Once we arrived back at their reception venue (a stone’s throw away from where we were) which was set at their newly refurbished home, the party was well and truly ready to get started and we enjoyed a night of entertaining formalities, good food and great company.
We wish our beautiful wedding couple all the best in married life together!
Pearl Beach Central Coast Family Portraits – Yolande, David and baby Albion
Just before the covid restrictions really intensified, we managed to squeeze in a family portrait session down at Pearl Beach Central Coast. This particular shoot was actually really special to us as photographers. We first met Yolande and David when we shot their engagement party down at the Grounds of Alexandria and not long after shot their lovely wedding at a private beachfront house at Pearl Beach Central Coast. Now almost two years on, they have welcomed their beautiful son, Albion, into the world and so catching up with them and their 6 month old down at Pearl Beach Central Coast was of course fitting. It was a gorgeous sunny afternoon down at Pearl Beach Central Coast, after a lot of rain so the weather gods were on our side! We revisited many spots where we took their amazing wedding photos and even got some photos of the little family in front of the beach front property that will always be a special place to them. Being fortunate enough to shoot their engagement, wedding and now little family is one of the most rewarding parts of being a photographer.
Firescreek Winery and Gracelands Forresters Beach Central Coast NSW Wedding – Kiara + James
After a very warm and dry Summer, we were hit with weeks of rainfall. Kiara and James didn’t let a bit of rain dampen their spirits on their wedding day at Firescreek Winery and Gracelands Forresters Beach Central Coast NSW. Before heading over to Firescreek Winery Central Coast, we met up with Kiara and the girls. We kept the shoot indoors due to the rain however once we arrived at Firescreek Winery Central Coast and met up with James and the boys at Firescreek Winery Central Coast the rain settled to a light sprinkle and the beautiful lush gardens looked absolutely amazing for their Firescreek Winery Central Coast outdoor ceremony. After exchanging vows in front of their loved ones at Firescreek Winery Central Coast, the crew took a few shots at Firescreek Winery Central Coast before we drove off to Forresters Beach lookout. Such a stunning location , and our first time there, so thank you guys for introducing us to this little gem at Forresters Beach. The day closed in quickly, as it does when you’re having fun, and we made our way over to Gracelands Forresters Beach. Another first for us, Gracelands Forresters Beach is a lovely boutique venue where we enjoyed a cocktail style reception at Gracelands Forresters Beach. The guests danced, ate, drank and were merry on this superb day of days at Gracelands Forresters Beach.
Bouddi National Park, Killcare Central Coast NSW – Family Portraits
Spent a lovely afternoon with the Elphinstone family at our fav location on the Coast ~ Bouddi National Park, Killcare Central Coast NSW.
We recently learned that in the Aboriginal language Bouddi means “heart”. Seems very appropriate that we shoot so many beautiful families and couples up here at Bouddi National Park, Killcare Central Coast NSW. Such an honour for us to capture so many pure and happy moments between family and lovers in this special spot. We surely do live in an amazing part of the world at Bouddi National Park, Killcare Central Coast NSW!
Avoca Beach Photography – Engagement photos of Tanika & Jarrod (+Lexi)
Can not believe that it’s been 18 months since this gorgeous engagement shoot at Avoca Beach Central Coast.
We love a good engagement shoot. It’s always such a fun and relaxed way to get to know the couple before the big day. If you are thinking of doing an engagement but aren’t entirely convinced… here are a few pointers that can help you decide…
- Most of us don’t often get professional photos done. Besides Instagram and Facebook, most of us have very little experience being in front of a camera so this is a great opportunity to get a feel for what it’s like. We hear a lot brides share with us their nerves about having photos done, so this is such a great way to calm those nerves.
- Wedding details – once you have your professional engagement photos there are endless things you can do with them. Some of the things we have seen our images used for include – wedding websites, engagement announcements, save the date e/cards, photo displays at the reception for guests to sign, slideshow at the reception, as well as being on display at engagement parties and bridal showers.
- You get to know the photographer – you will be spending pretty much the entire day of this day you have been planning for and dreaming about your whole life with your photographer, so it’s a bonus if you like them! It’s also a great opportunity for a hair and makeup trial.
- You’re engaged! And this is worth celebrating so why not capture this special time in your lives. Trust us, the shoots are always fun!
